I have just watched the 2009 Llangollen performances for the tenth time and it just gets better and better as I hear more and more of the fine detail every time.  Brilliant, and well worth the trip.

Congratulations Westminster Chorus!! Just watched your clip from the Eistedfodd here in Perth Australia. You are fantastic and sing with so much love and passion, not to mention technique..!!

...just wanted to congratulate you and the guys on being crowned "Choir of the World."   I watched every performance on youtube.  I've long been a HUGE fan of Eric Whitacre, and I've never heard a finer performance of his work.

As a barbershopper and a high school choral educator, I can't thank you enough for embracing the choral art as you have.  Most of us know that barbershop is the most difficult of all ensemble singing styles.  As a result of your achievements in Wales, you have taken our hobby and earned a new worldwide respect for it.

Keep up the GREAT singing.  I can't wait to hear what you do next year in Philly.

A big fan,
Gary Lewis

Congratulations lads from just one of your avid fans in Australia!  I have just been watching videos of you at the Llangollen Eisteddfod... you reduced me to tears and took my breath away....

You are Fabulous!  Thank you for all your hard work and sharing the wonderful gift of each voice so beautifully moulded together with feeling in those glorious harmonies both barbershop and otherwise - The love of what you do shines through and you deserve everything that's coming your way.

God bless and keep you all.

We watched you at Reading and are now thrilled to have seen you win Choir of the World at Llangollen.   Congratulations, and many, many thanks for being such wonderful ambassadors for barbershop harmony singing.

Please, please, please make a CD of your Reading/Llangollen programme - it was just superb.

Congratulations for all your awards at Llangollen Eisteddfod - especially the top prize! We were inspired by your energy and wish you all the best - you continue to give us barbershoppers a good name, keep it up.

Many congratulations for becoming The Choir of The World. Having seen you live in Reading, I was convinced that you would win. It gave me great
pleasure to shake some of your hands that night and like many guys of my age (72) I wish I'd known  about Barbershop when I was your age. Best wishes and kind regards to you all and may you continue to Keep The Whole World Singing.

The masterclass you did here in Leeds was brilliant.  Thank you so much for an insight as to what you do at rehearsal.  A huge congratulations on the countless wins at the Eisteddfod!  If any of you think about travelling over here to the UK, I'm pretty sure the Rosettes would love to have you stop again.  Love to you all and thank you once again!

Congratulations on your winning the Choir of the Worlds competition.  I watched all your performances and was impressed with each one...I have recommended watching all your performances to our members....to see how faces and movement are an integral part of the performance.

“I recently bought the DVD of the 2006 International Chorus Competition and was truly drop-jawed over your 6 min on stage. Incredible."

“I was lucky enough to stumble upon several videos of the Westminster Chorus on the internet...to this day, I am still awestruck!!!"

"...hearty congratulations from the 80+ barbershoppers in Israel for a marvelous performance. I've shared your YouTube clips with the largest choral association in Israel, and they agreed last Friday to host a "summer camp" for high school singers next year as a result of that. TODA RABA! (THANK YOU!), as the Israelis say.

Since I was unable to be in Indy, I hosted a little get together to watch the Webcast in Portland. Your performance last night was unlike anything I have ever experienced in the society to date. I was actually weeping through both songs as were most of the (20-something) people in the room. The sound and energy were palpable even across the Internet. There was no doubt in my mind you'd won the gold medal--though your second place victory--by such a narrow margin, is to be congratulated.

Thank you for reminding me, and all of us, why we take part in this art form, where it's headed, and just what's possible when everyone can be committed to excellence and artistry.

Unfortunately, words cannot possibly begin to convey what it is I want to express. You touch lives, inspire, and thrill with all that you do. I suppose only two are really needed: THANK YOU!

Your performance will not be forgotten.

Best wishes and much love,

Hey there I'm Brian, I'm in college and I sing with the Vocal Majority. I just wanted to say how thoroughly amazed I was with yall in Indy. When I was watching your performance I was so blown away that i temporarily forgot that it was a contest and was just captivated by what I saw. My first thought was "wow, a bunch of kids who started just a few years ago could do that??" You all really encouraged me with that performance, and it just really shows me what younger people can do. Yall are heros to me, and I know Westminster is going to accomplish great things in years to come.

Hey guys! I've don't think I've ever had so many goosebumps and tears all at the same time. I direct a 30 man chorus in Joplin with an average age of around 55. I use you all as a model in every rehearsal! You're a great inspiration to us all!
